Badalona is a municipality located to the immediate north east of Barcelona. By population, it is the third largest city in Catalonia. Badalona’s historic town center is peaceful, with a varied offering of restaurants, local shops, museums and theatres. 

 

Today, Badalona is in the middle of a process of major urban change, which is reflected in the development of several neighborhoods, including the neighborhood of “Barri del Progrés” where the building Indústria is located. This area is currently in development, with several apartment buildings in construction, and a channel being built which will connect to Barcelona’s maritime port.

 

Because Badalona belongs to the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, it has excellent connections with Barcelona itself via all forms of public transport, including metro lines, bus routes and commuter trains, all taking you to the Catalan capital.

 

The building is located 10 minutes walk from 2 metro stations, Gorg and Pep Ventura, which connect to Barcelona in only 20 minutes. Indústria is approx. a 15-minute walk from Badalona city centre.

 

When living in Badalona you can enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere, while still being close to Barcelona. Badalona also has fantastic beaches, and the building of Indústria is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. You also have a supermarket nearby.
